How Xtrusio’s Writers and Editors Support Content Delivery
Your agreement defines the editorial roles, capacity and allocation supporting your account.
Availability and responsibility
Your agreement defines the editorial roles, capacity and allocation supporting your account.

Xtrusio's delivery team connects research, writing, review and publication. Articles are written in the software and sent to the client portal for approval with comments. The client can add, edit or approve the article and, after approval, push it to Link Strategy. The journalist team then takes the approved article forward for third-party or guest-post placement.
Each account has an allocated developer and a journalist/content writer. Additional resources depend on the subscription. Allocation establishes account-level responsibility, not exclusive full-time staffing.
Know who handles each question
The strategy lead helps decide which buyer questions and gaps deserve work. The writer develops the explanation and supporting content. The project manager coordinates dependencies. The engineering role handles agreed workflow and integration requirements.
A product specialist or client editor may still need to approve a claim. “Done for you” does not remove that authority.
Give actionable feedback
- Identify the article and version.
- State the factual or reader problem.
- Supply a correction or source where available.
- Distinguish a required change from a preference.
- Review the revised version before publication.
Example
If a draft describes a capability available only in one subscription, ask the team to state that boundary. Replacing the claim with stronger sales language would not solve the error.
When specialist expertise is needed
Ask who will verify the subject and what material they will use. Do not describe a paid writer as an independent journalist endorsing the company.
Agree the named contacts and approval route at onboarding so evidence requests do not stall between teams.
