Availability and responsibility
Use Report and Executive Summary views to connect summary metrics with their underlying evidence.

An executive report should help a decision-maker understand the scope, observed changes and next actions. It should also provide a route back to the question-level evidence behind important claims.
Read the report in order
- Confirm the client, period and included scans.
- Check engines, question groups and filters.
- Review the principal metrics using their definitions.
- Open the evidence behind a material change.
- Distinguish work delivered from outcomes observed.
- Agree the next actions and their owners.
A report can contain both a successful publication and a pending citation check. Reporting them separately makes the result easier to understand.
Example
Suppose a campaign published five articles but only two have later checks. “Five articles published; two checked; no citation observed in those checks” is more precise than either “campaign successful” or “campaign failed.”
These figures are illustrative.
When totals disagree
Compare scope, filters and scan inclusion before assuming data loss. Some views may count answers, others brands, URLs or questions.
Share responsibly
Core application reports require login. Use the export options available to your role, such as execution CSV or execution/question JSON, and review private details before sharing a file. An internally published report is not an anonymous public link. Do not assume built-in dashboard PDF export or automated email delivery.
End the report with specific decisions and links to their supporting records, not a percentage without an explanation.
