How Xtrusio Builds and Integrates Client-Specific Agents and Workflows

Xtrusio's team develops and integrates client-specific workflows within the agreed subscription scope.

Availability and responsibility

Xtrusio's team develops and integrates client-specific workflows within the agreed subscription scope.

Client-specific Xtrusio workflow

Clients describe the business problem; Xtrusio's team translates the agreed requirement into configuration, an agent workflow, an integration or an additional module. Clients do not need to build and orchestrate agents themselves.

The shared platform remains the base. The client-specific layer contains the business context and agreed workflows. The dedicated team develops and operates that layer within subscription scope. Client-specific feature, agent, integration and workflow changes are included in the agreed subscription. Requests are logged manually by Xtrusio's team. Such requests typically arise once or twice a month as client requirements develop. The team usually develops and integrates the agreed change into the software within 7–15 days. This describes typical delivery, not a fixed request allowance or a guaranteed deadline for every requirement.

Turn a requirement into a testable outcome

  1. Describe the problem using a concrete example; Xtrusio's team manually logs the request.
  2. Agree the input, desired output and responsible approver.
  3. Check whether configuration is sufficient before requesting new development.
  4. Define access, data and approval boundaries.
  5. Build and test the scoped workflow on appropriate client data.
  6. Review the result and document how it is operated and maintained.

These are delivery stages, not a claim that the client sees a visual agent builder.

Sirion's customization

Sirion's workspace organizes content around a CLM perception objective, with client-specific modules including CLM Advisor and Buying Stage Guide. Its delivery scope also includes narrative review and lifecycle-perception workflows.

The screen confirms visible context and navigation. A full technical walkthrough still needs the actual trigger, output and acceptance evidence for a chosen workflow.

When requirements expand

Ask whether the new request changes data access, cost, approvals or maintenance responsibility. The client-specific development and integration work described here is included in the subscription. Agree the requirement and acceptance criteria before work begins; inclusion does not imply unlimited development.

Start with one requirement whose success can be demonstrated in a client-visible result.

Responsibility during the subscription

The allocated team handles and accepts the agreed custom-development work while the subscription or contract is active. Development is not provided after the contract ends. Do not assume an ongoing post-termination development or maintenance entitlement.
