Run and Review Work in Batches with Xtrusio

Xtrusio supports generating multiple articles together. Confirm the input format and limits for the available operation before starting.

The usual delivery approach prioritizes quality: plan one buyer question, generate its anchor article and distinct supporting drafts across relevant channels, review and improve the content, then move to another question. This is an operating approach, not a restriction preventing multiple-article generation. Review and client approval still apply to each article.

Prepare a safe batch

Use a small, representative sample first. Give every input a stable reference so its result can be matched back to it. Confirm who can start the work, its agreed scope and which drafts it creates.

Review the operation

1. Check the supported input format and maximum size.
2. Validate required fields before submission.
3. Run the approved sample through the supported interface or team process.
4. Inspect each output, not only a batch-level success label.
5. Separate completed, failed and unprocessed items.
6. Retry only under the documented rules.

Use these checks with the supported batch procedure for your account.

Example

In an illustrative 20-item batch, 17 successful outputs do not make the whole batch complete. The remaining three need identified outcomes. Blindly submitting all 20 again could duplicate the successful work if the operation is not duplicate-safe.

When work is interrupted

Ask whether the system resumes, restarts or requires manual reconciliation. Preserve the input and output record before another attempt.

Bulk plan generation processes items independently and surfaces failures while other items continue. Regeneration and session caching support recovery, but do not assume the operation is a durable queue that survives every reload. Review completed records before retrying. Multiple-article generation does not imply arbitrary bulk agent execution or automatic external publication.
