Availability and responsibility

When a draft needs a product fact, customer result or demonstration that the sources do not provide, the next step is a precise evidence request. Asking for “more information” gives the client little direction.
Write a request someone can answer
State the claim, why the article needs it, the acceptable form of evidence and who should approve public use. Ask for the smallest sufficient material.
A screenshot may establish that a control exists. A result claim may need a dataset, method and permission, not merely a screenshot.
Move the request into the draft
- Identify the unsupported sentence or missing explanation.
- Specify the question the evidence must answer.
- Name the responsible product or subject-matter owner.
- Record the supplied material and its permitted use.
- Revise the draft to match what the evidence establishes.
- Mark the article for client approval with comments explaining what needs review.
Example request
Illustrative request: “The guide needs to explain whether renewal reminders can be assigned to different owners. Please provide the relevant configuration screen and the resulting reminder, using safe sample data. Confirm whether this applies to all plans.”
That request can produce a usable demonstration. “Send product screenshots” may produce unrelated images.
If the material is confidential
Ask for a redacted example or an approved explanation. Do not publish private customer details because they happen to be visible in an attachment.
Keep the paragraph narrower when the evidence supports only part of it. Completing the article does not require making the strongest possible claim.
Hand off after approval
Once the client approves the article, the client can push it to Link Strategy as approved. Xtrusio's journalist team then takes the article forward for third-party or guest-post placement. Approval and placement remain separate stages: pushing an approved article does not establish that it is already published.
